Reza developed the concept for PicassoMD when he was Co-Managing Partner of Cardiocare, an independent cardiology practice in the DC area. He has been consistently recognized as one of Washingtonian’s Top Doctors for optimizing patient experience through novel workflows and experiential design. Reza graduated from George Washington University Medical School where he served as chief cardiology fellow for two years before joining his medical practice.

Sam is a 3x entrepreneur who was previously SVP of Strategic Initiatives at Kayak-OpenTable after that company acquired Venga, his last start-up. Sam’s first venture was an online flower subscription business that was acquired by Battery Ventures portfolio company HBloom. Prior to taking the entrepreneurial leap Sam was a Principal at Portfolio Logic, a healthcare-focused investment company. Sam holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon.

Sean Carpenter is a technologist with more than 20 years of software engineering and technology leadership experience. Most recently he was Director of Engineering at OpenTable after that company acquired Venga, where he was CTO. Previously, Sean held engineering roles in the advertising, B2B media, sales automation, and telecommunications fields. Sean graduated with a BS in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University.

Rachel is a Healthcare Operations Leader with ten years of experience. Most recently, she was the Director of Performance Innovation + Service Design at One Medical. She draws on her background as a Field Operations Leader, Service Designer, and Lean Business Architect to create strong foundational operations with a human-centered focus. Rachel graduated with a BA in Anthropology from San Jose State University.

Steven is a health tech executive with over a decade of experience partnering with payers and providers to advance value-based care through novel technology. Previously, he led business development for two AI and big-data start-ups in healthcare, Ellipsis Health and Nuna Health. Prior to his work in start-ups, he was an Engagement Manager in Oliver Wyman’s Health and Life Science’s practice. Steven graduated with a MBA from Wharton and a BA in Human Evolutionary Biology from Harvard.

Chris has devoted his career to providing ethical, empathic, and supportive counsel to extraordinary organizations. Chris previously held General Counsel and operations leadership roles at Rios Partners and trepwise. Prior, worked as a trial and appellate attorney for the Department of Justice. Chris graduated with an MBA from Babson College, a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law, and a BA from George Washington University.

Kana is an award-winning designer passionate about finding beauty in purposeful interactions. He has designed advertising and interactive experiences for major brands across a variety of media, and exhibited in many large institutions and spaces, including La Géode in Paris. Previously, he led design at WeAre8 and Interaktika Studio. His work is included in several private and corporate collections. Kana graduated with a BFA from The School of Visual Arts.
